BRIDGE Housing, a nonprofit developer of high-quality affordable homes, needed to renovate and relocate their headquarters quickly and within a strict budget.
To achieve this, much of the prior tenant's build-out was retained and reused at the new location. Newly built spaces included a reception area with custom desk, a large conference/training room, and a communal kitchen overlooking looking Chinatown. The entire space received new finishes and sizable amount of new furnishings, including workstations, dining furniture and lounge seating.
