During one of our initial design discussions, we were excited to learn about the logo accompanying their name and its symbolic meaning of diversity and intersectionality. It was important for AnitaB.org to have a workplace that visually represented their organization, so we used their logo as inspiration and applied their facets and colors playfully throughout their office. Multicolored murals were strategically placed, workstations feature screens in various branding colors, and ancillary furniture pieces showcase bright accents. The design allocated one side of the office to be a dedicated co-working space and the other to remain the headquarters. Sandwiched between, was an intervening space with booth style seating for collaboration and fun light fixtures.
